Hi there, my name is…

Jennifer MacPhee

Registered Provisional Psychologist • she/her

My office is the place for productive dialogues and lasting changes!

I am passionate about supporting individuals to manage various emotional and relational challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem or self-worth, conflict and codependency, and the various forms of distress experienced in intimate partner and family relationships. I'm also passionate about exploring the challenges people face at work—especially around motivation, stress, burnout, perfectionism, career transitions, and job performance. In my office, I can help you understand and connect with your emotions and form a strong, resilient sense of self and long-lasting bonds with others. I stand by my clients, no matter how challenging or complex the issue may appear.

Psychological services provided by Jennifer are supervised by Julie Curley, R.Psych #3616

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Enthusiastically organizing life's messiness — and learning anything new. I love spending time with my husband, kids, family, and friends. I especially enjoy walks in our community with our dog, downhill skiing, hockey, and spending time in the garden.

My words to live by are…

"It's impossible, said pride. It's risky, said experience. It's pointless, said reason. Give it a try, whispered the heart."

To me, this quote emphasizes the power of taking risks and trying new things, especially during difficult or uncertain times.
